This protein-packed smoothie is quick and easy to make. It is sweetened with bananas and dates to make for a healthy breakfast or snack option.
Breakfast, Drinks, Snack
frozen ripe bananas
(about 10 dates)
any nut or beverages can be used as a substitute
(about 5-6 large pieces)
Add all ingredients into a blender.
Put on the lid, blend and pour.
To be enjoyed right away or frozen for a later date. Freezes well for 1-2 months.
Tastes great as a protein shake too! Add 1 - 2 scoops of protein powder for best results.
