Equipment

  • Jar or glass container with lid

Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup roasted buckwheat , (despite the name, buckwheat is naturally gluten free)
  • 2 tbsp cocoa
  • 2-3 tbsp coconut palm sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 1/2 cup almond milk, (or any other dairy-free nut beverage)

Instructions

  •  Mix all dry ingredients together in a glass container with lid.
  • Add almond milk and stir.
  • Let sit for 2 hours or overnight, covered in the refrigerator.
  • Put into bowls, add toppings and serve. My favourite toppings include dairy free yogurt, nut butters, fruit, coconut shavings and seeds.
  • Enjoy!

Notes
